The Oaks Skilled Nursing Facility

The Oaks Nursing Home is a 48 bed nursing facility located in rural Marshallville, Georgia. Established in 1956, The Oaks is Medicare and Medicaid certified and continues to be one of a handful of owner operated nursing facilities remaining in Georgia.

For over 50 years, The Oaks has been considered Middle Georgia’s premier nursing facility. Whether you need assistance recovering from an illness or injury, or require long-term medical attention, The Oaks staff is trained to meet your individual needs in a loving environment. In addition to employing a competent, caring staff, The Oaks is proud of its long-time partnership with Dr. Christopher R. Inhulsen, M.D., who serves as the facility’s medical director. Dr. Inhulsen visits the facility weekly and is on call 24 hours a day.

Along with providing quality, professional care, The Oaks offers residents an excellent in-house therapy program that includes physical, speech and occupational therapy. Access to staff and the ability to personalize treatment plans and services is also enhanced here due to the size and management configuration of our facility. The staff is interested both in the care of the resident, and the needs of the resident’s family.
