Survey or inspection reports are one measure to determine the ability of a nursing facility to deliver quality services.

The Oaks is pleased to announce that our most recent inspection performed by the Office of Regulatory Services produced “no deficiencies”. This report also includes “no deficiencies” from the State Fire Marshal’s Office. This current report of “Deficiency Free” status will be obtained by only a few facilities in Georgia this year. Over the past dozen years, The Oaks has had six healthcare deficiency free inspections. This is one of the best health care compliance records in the state.

The Oaks Dietary department is inspected during this annual ORS inspection and also inspected annually by the Public Health Inspector. For the third consecutive year, The Oaks has received a 100 score on the public health inspection of the dietary department.
